Very friendly staff, but most importantly, they took great care of my car. Dropped my car first thing in the morning and received a call a couple of hours later that it was fixed and ready. They even washed it for me. Very satisfied.

Fast friendly service

The best crew on island. With no Tesla Service Center on Maui, Ken, Gabe and the rest of the team have stepped up and become the saving grace for us neglected Tesla owners and take care of supplying and replacing tires which, on an island, with many perils on the road, Tesla provides no support. Mahalo to this great team!

I had an amazing experience at Acura of Maui! From the moment I got out of my car, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. The whole team was so friendly—I honestly felt like part of the family. 😂 A kind gentleman even took a moment to thank me for my dad’s military service since his father was a veteran too, and that really set the tone for me. 🥹 Ty was awesome to work with—superrrr easygoing, patient, and not pushy at all. 🥰 He answered all my questions and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. 😅 I’m usually nervous with big purchases because I overthink everything, but Ty reassured me multiple times that I didn’t have to decide right away—which I REALLY appreciated. 🥹 Everything just felt smooth and comfortable from start to finish. You can tell the team truly cares about you and not just making a sale. 🥰🩷 I’m so happy with my purchase and the whole experience. I’d definitely recommend them—especially Ty! ☺️💓
